Cancellation Policy

Cancellation takes effect from the date that written notification is received by us by RECORDED DELIVERY. Should you cancel your booking at any time, for whatever reason, we will be entitled to the following percentages of the rental due provided we cannot re-let the room.
Cancellation within 6 weeks of commencement of your stay, 100%.
Cancellation with 6 to 8 weeks of commencement of the your stay, 75%.
Cancellation within 12 weeks of commencement of the your stay, 25%.
We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate holiday insurance which includes ‘HOLIDAY CANCELLATION’ protection as soon as your booking is confirmed. We can supply ‘travellers protection’ application forms should you so require.
